I/We hereby request and authorize Dannel Web Design GROBLERSDAL to draw against my/our account, with whichever bank it may be, the amounts required under the above-mentioned contract or any renewal thereof and I/we authorize my/our bank to DEBIT my/our account with any amounts drawn against it in terms of this contract, on the selected day of each and every month.
  1. Subscription fees are invoiced and payable monthly unless an arrangement has been made for a 3/6/ annual invoice.
  2. Monthly subscriptions are payable in advance, subscriptions not paid for by the 7th of the current month will be disconnected by the 10th of the current month.
  3. Monthly debit orders will be run at the end of the day chosen, either on the 1st or the 7th of the month. Should this date fall on a weekend or Public Holiday, the debit order will be run on the next weekday. (For example, if the 1st falls on a Saturday, the debit order will be run on the following Monday.)
  4. Debit Order references will reflect as "Account Name".
  5. The payment start date will be the "Effective Date" below.
  6. Debit Orders will be cancelled on cancellation of services, a calendar months' notice is required to cancel services.
  7. Cancellation of a debit order mandate does not cancel the Agreement, and, the account holder is not entitled to refund for when the Mandate was still active if such amounts were owed.
  8. By signing/submiting the Mandate I/we acknowledge that this Authority may be assigned to a third party if this agreement is also assigned to a third party.
  9. Debit Order Mandate:
    I/We hereby request and authorize Dannel Web Design CC to draw against my/our account, with whichever bank it may be, the amounts required under the above-mentioned agreement or any renewal thereof and I/we authorize my/our bank to DEBIT my/our account with any amounts drawn against it in terms of this contract, on the first day of each and every month. I/We hereby understand that the services rendered will be subject to Mzanzi Lisetta Media and Printing (Pty) Ltd t/a CTECG's conditions of use as amended occasionally.
  10. I/we acknowledge/agree that payment instructions issued from this Mandate will be treated as payment instructions issued personally by the account holder.
  11. I/we hereby confirm that the above-mentioned physical address shall by my/our Domicile citandi et executandi.
  12. I/we hereby accept the terms and conditions of the Debit Order Mandate as specified above, and, the "Terms and Conditions of Use" as stipulated below:
 
Terms and Conditions of use
  1. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the user names and passwords confidential as specified in terms of this contract.
  2. DANNEL WEB DESIGN CC does not take responsibility for any domains and domain e-mail addresses hosted with other Internet Service Providers.
  3. Monthly subscriptions are payable in advance, subscriptions not paid for by the 7th of the month will be disconnected.
  4. Domain Renewal - This Agreement will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month Terms unless cancelled in writing by Client at least 30 days prior to the end of Term renewal date. Renewal prices are subject to change. Renewal of services by Client indicates agreement to any Contract revisions and price changes. Renewal fees for the following term will be automatically invoiced to Client’s account.
  5. No websites will be built without the deposit being paid - If the site, in its “building stage” is dormant for more than 3 months we will delete the site from our servers. You will then, unfortunately, forfeit your deposit and we will re-invoice if you want to start working on the website again. – We will do everything we can from our side to get all the info from you and send reminders if any information is outstanding.
  6. I/we indemnify DANNEL WEB DESIGN CC against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from work being done in connection with the service being rendered and or the removal of the service.
  7. Although everything possible is done to ensure uninterrupted service, due to maintenance and unforeseen events, DANNEL WEB DESIGN CC cannot be held responsible for any disruptions of the service.
  8. DANNEL WEB DESIGN reserves the right to remove the unauthorized use of copyrighted material, like music, books, or software, without permission from the copyright holder or a take-down notice.
  9. You may not send Unsolicited emails, also known as spam or junk emails, unwanted messages sent in bulk to recipients who haven't requested or consented to receive them.
  10. DANNEL WEB DESIGN (ISPA member) has the right to suspend or terminate the service of any customer that does not comply with the terms and conditions, acceptable or fair use policies, or any other contractual obligations.
 
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
  • An AUP is a policy that sets out the rules applicable to the use of our services. Most of these relate to legal requirements, but we also need to ensure the safety and security of our network and customers.

Agreement to Dannel web Design's AUP.

  • You agree that you will only use our services in a manner consistent with this AUP and that your failure to do so may be grounds for us to suspend or discontinue service provision.

Unacceptable Use:

  • Any criminal, illegal, or unlawful acts.
  • Any use that intentionally interferes with our ability to provide our services in any respect.
  • Any use that intentionally interferes with our rights or the rights of any third party.
  • Any use that is a breach of any other agreement we may have entered into with you or any policy or other terms and conditions which you have agreed to in connection with the use of our services.
  • The use of the service to send unsolicited direct marketing communications in contravention of applicable law or which would cause us to be in contravention of the ISPA Code of Conduct.

Reporting Unacceptable Use:

  •  Please report any use of our services in contravention of this AUP to abuse@dannel.co.za

Amendments to this Policy:

  • If it is necessary to amend this Privacy Policy, we will post a prominent notice or send you an email to ensure that you are kept informed about changes and how they may affect you.
  • Please send an email to abuse@dannel.co.za for any query or matter relating to this Privacy Policy.
