One full calendar month’s written notice is required in order to terminate the contract. Notice must be given before the 7th of the month. 30-day notice is only valid if the domain has been removed from the server, if you are transferring your domain to another supplier, the domain will continue invoicing till the domain is officially removed from the server. If the client purchases the product, Dannel Web Design CC cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss of the product or malfunction resulting in losses. I/we indemnify Dannel Web Design against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from work being done in connection with the service being rendered and or the removal of the service.
